We are a family owned Retail Butcher Shop with a strong focus on customer service and providing quality produce. We have been serving the community for over 30 years. We value all of our customers and will strive to ensure all your needs are met. From cutting meat the way you like it, ordering specific types of meat or providing general advice on how to best prepare and cook your meat.

We are located in Pacific Square Shopping Centre surrounded by an array of other reputable fresh food businesses including two major supermarkets. Pacific Square offers 2 hours free parking and easy access with all stores located on one level for your convenience.

Serving the finest cuts of meat

Our produce is sourced from various regions of Australia to ensure that you have access to the best meat Australia has to offer. From award winning Lamb and Beef to award winning oven ready meat pies. We are proud to supply only free range Pork from Queensland and Victoria. We have a Dry Ager stocked full of Watervale Grass Fed Rib Eye for that special occasion. All our sausages are made on our premises offering a variety of over 20 flavours, using only natural casings and quality ingredients.

We also stock a large range of meat rubs, marinades, sauces, fresh pasta, pastas sauces and other condiments to compliment your meal.
